About This Project

Temporary sheet piling for a river retaining wall with a Leader Rig

Topbond plc appointed Fussey Piling to install and extract some temporary sheet piles to enable the construction of a new river retaining wall. The former industrial site close to Pudding Mill Lane station is being developed to provide a new 194-home neighbourhood on the edge of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The sheet piles were driven with a telescopic leader rig and subsequently extracted upon completion of the permanent works with one of our Kowan Stillworker Silent and Vibration-free rigs.
